Track and gym

A quick post, 'cause I'm off to bed:

Went to the track and did:

Warmup, drills, strides, 4X400; 5X200; 6or7(lost track)X100 (200m walk between 400's; 100m walk between 200 & 100's)

Strength work at gym later in evening.
