It was some quicker stuff on the treadmill with a reduction in the rest period from the previous Friday's workout. It went pretty well. I seem to be adapting to the shorter rest period either mentally and/or physically. I'm still trying to weigh the percentage factor of each. I think it's the mental aspect in the lead by 70/30. Make it 80/20.......
A workout I did 3 weeks ago, seems *relatively* easier, compared to today's with a rest period that's been reduced in half by two minutes.
Very little time for a post of any substance as the clock is getting close to my bed time.
