TURNING and turning in the widening gyre

The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
W.B. Yeats

Today I lacked conviction. There wasn't even any passionate intensity. I ran 3 X 2K at the track with a lackluster effort. After the track workout I emailed coach regarding my effort. He rightly asked:

"did you run your repeats with the pace, effort & conviction........."

The word conviction has stuck with me. No more excuses.

Learn from this workout. Put it behind me. Search and desire for a second coming

90% of success is showing up. I think that Woody Allen said it.
