This morning I did one of the shorter easy runs I've done in a while. I did this run, unusually, as soon as I got up, with just a cup of joe and a glass of water in me. The run went well, as my calf muscles were tight from the previous workout, and this run loosened them up. It was a hot one today, so it was good to get out there right away.
I got myself a new bike today for commuting around town, so I spent a part of the afternoon getting familiar with it.
