I spent 59' running 7 hill repeats with a short warmup thrown in. I ran late in the day, and the weather was warm and wonderful. My legs felt like they weren't in the mood to run during the warmup, but quickly got into the swing of things after the first hill. Nothing like a little shock therapy.
Good run today and I'm grateful for the good weather.
