I ran for 41:30 today along a route I haven't taken much in the last few months -- all that was required was a left turn at the bottom of my street. I took the southern route to Thunder Bay Store and then turned along the main street in town, Joyce. It was an easy run so it was probably around 8.5k. Nice to get this one done in the morning.
Later in the afternoon, I was a course marshal for the School Districts XC races at Sunset Park. It was a bunch of fun seeing the kids in grades 3-7 run the approx. 1K course.... It's a long way for most of those kids, especially the younger ones.
I got word today that my T4 Brooks racers I ordered (from Shorerunners 2) are now called T5's.......It's as if tax season has never ended......
