Thursday's run: 10k easy. Through the beach trail. No watch.
Today: 4X 1K at the track.
After work and a short nap, I was not feeling terribly well. My head was full of cobwebs and I had a general feeling of malaise. I've learned that despite not feeling 100%, I shouldn't let that get in the way of what might turn out to be a good workout. Sure enough, after the first repeat, I felt better, and as much as my mind was telling me I wasn't 100%, my running showed me otherwise. It turned out to be a good workout.
My head must have been still full of cobwebs, as I locked my keys in the car. Doh!
