We hit the "Tour de trail" this morning at 8:00 and ran under beautiful skies and warm weather. Steve B. went down hard about 30' into the run, tripping over a rock and scratching up the underside of his forearm. The volume of blood looked far worse than the actual scratches and trail rash he received, but it would have made for good use on the set of a horror film.
About 13.5k in 1:06:30, but with a stop at West lake to clean up Steve's arm.
