Longer run

Yesterday, in a break from the usual, I ran before work, exiting my house at 6:45 to meet with Kevin. We ran from my place with really mild weather for the second Sunday in a row. I felt marvelous for most of the run, experiencing some stomach issues in the last 15 minutes.The weather turned to a slight rain in these last 15 minutes, which created the desired cooling effect. Perfect. This was my longest run in some time, clocking in at roughly 1 hour and a quarter. Kevin guessed we probably ran at an average 4:30/k pace.

A nice run, and great to get it in before work, which left the evening available for a......party!
