Tues: An unmotivated 6k. It took everything to get myself out the door after work.
Wed: Missed run.
Thurs: Treadmill run. 10' warm up; 3 X 1k @ 10.2 mph (1:30 rest between); 2 X 800m @ 10.2 mph (1:00 rest); 1 X 200m @ 11.4 mph. All with incline of 0.5.
