Meet ups.

Last night I went for a run just before eight, and was waylaid by G.T. I ended up stopping my run after about 5k and chatting with him for a good 15 minutes or so. I didn't recognize him at first, he looked taller from a distance..... A nice chat complete, I then decided to head straight home. I then promptly caught up with Jen along the highway, and we chatted while we ran, for my last km home. 

About 6km total and the Myrtl routine + other exercises post run.
