Short run, short post

A run of only 6.5K today on the treadmill, plus a strength workout afterward. The re-focus begins tomorrow with a new training plan.

Good question. Not a new training plan per se, but a continuation of the one I'm working on. A series of shorter races 5K, 8K to come (hopefully). Coach has given me an excel spreadsheet with the workouts for the next month.
