40 at 85%
It was to be 40' run today and 40' it was. I felt tired for the run and did myself no favours by running a route that was generally uphill for the first 6K. I wanted to run a different route than the usual seawalk/beach trail route, and ended up second guessing myself a bit. Oh well, it was only 40'. I made it, and put this one in the log book.
